Christopher T. Merrell
Founder and President
Ann Maury Smith Ms. Smith oversees all aspects of CCG legal issues and acts as CCG consultant for contract coordination and review. Before joining CCG, Ms. Smith practiced labor and employment law in Atlanta, Georgia. In that position, Ms. Smith defended companies in employment-related litigation matters, and engaged in all aspects of contracting and negotiation. Following her tenure in Atlanta, Ms. Smith practiced large-scale general litigation in Washington, DC. She ialso provided contract drafting, facilitation, negotiating, and general advice for an internet marketing company, prior to joining CCG in 2009. Ms. Smith is a graduate of the University of Virginia And received her Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law
For the past 20 years, Mr. Merrell worked his way up through the telecommunications industry from sales and installations, to his executive positions as an Executive Director for AT&T Broadband, Adelphia Communications, TCI cable, and Primestart/DirectTV. During his career he was also owner of DigitTeck satellite and franchise owner of ADT/Protection One security. He was instrumental in working with the FCC as well as State and local municipalities to help pave the way for the direct to home satellite business. His last corporate position was as Executive Director of AT&T Broadband, now Comcast Communications.
In 2004 Mr. Merrell founded The Communications Consulting Group. To date, the Company has represented over 185,000 residential units as well as large portfolios of managed telecommunications contracts valuing over 147 million dollars in revenue. Mr. Merrell is an active member of the Community Association Institute of America, The National Apartment Association, and has served on the board of the Via Jardin Association since 2006.
Mr. Merrell recieved his Bachelor of Science from Presbyterian College in South Carolina.

Jennie Rios
National Account Manager Mike Ligouri Senior Account Manager
Prior to Joining CCG, Ms. Rios worked for 7 years in property management industry for Senior Housing. Her last position was Director of Community Relations for Horizon Bay Senior Communities in
Mr. Ligouri for the past 28 years has worked in various executive positions in the telecommunications industry, including financial operations, marketing, and technical/engineering operations. Most recently Mr. Ligouri was a General Manager for Comcast, overseeing 218,000 customers, 1100+ HOA/Bulk agreements, and revenues in excess of $225M annually. Mr. Ligouri was also responsible for Florida/East Coast operations of Adelphia Security, which was eventually sold to Devcon. Mr. Ligouri has worked for various cable operators such as Comcast, Adelphia, Century Communications, Storer Cable, and Colony Cable, and has also served on many Boards of Directors of both professional and non-profit organizations. Mr. Ligouri recieved his education from University of Rode Island.
